Heat oil, add garlic, ginger, onions & green chillies. Sauté until golden

Add capsicum, mushrooms. Stir-fry on high heat for 3-4 mins

Mix soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, red chilli powder, salt & sugar
